Set of battery-operated smoke and carbon monoxide detectors

A set of battery-operated smoke and carbon monoxide detectors for enclosed spaces particularly exposed to hazards that may arise as a result of a malfunction, lack of adequate room aeration or faulty ventilation installation.

The battery-operated carbon monoxide (chad) detector has an LCD display that indicates the detected hazard (chad), as well as low battery level and end of life. It has a built-in electrochemical sensor that detects the hazard very accurately. It complies with the EN 50291-1:2018 standard.

Model powered by three AA batteries (included), with a sensor life of up to 10 years.

The carbon monoxide detector should be placed at eye level, in the most frequently used room, e.g. the living room or kitchen, in order to objectively assess the amount of carbon monoxide particles in the inhaled air.

The battery-operated smoke detector detects visible smoke produced in the flameless, incipient stage of a fire, which is indicated visually and audibly. The smoke detector has audible and visual signalling of the detected threat and also informs of a low battery level.

The smoke detector should be mounted in the centre of the ceiling of the room in question, away from the fan, door or window. Such locations may scatter the potential threat through gusts of wind and thus prevent the sensor from detecting it.

Compliance with standard EN 14604: 2005 + AC1: 2008, certified by the ANPI certification body.

The model is powered by a single 9A battery (included), with a sensor life of up to 10 years.

Both models have a TEST button to check that the sensors are working correctly.
